SHIPPING

All shipping is currently conducted through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are extra handling fees for orders placed outside of the US and Canada to cover the extra cost of insurance and signature guarantee.

 When you place an order, you can access a real time quote for the cost of shipping based on the weight of the item and the shipping method you choose. 

* Shipping Limitations - When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by you. All purchases from the Social Clothing online shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Social Clothing website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the USPS. You are responsible for filing any claims with the USPS for damaged and/or lost shipments.

RETURNS POLICY

US Domestic Orders (including AK & HI) and Canada

NO REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY (excluding shipping costs you paid), within 10 days of receiving the item. Items will only be accepted that have not been washed, worn, damaged or altered and with all tags attached. You are responsible for the return shipping logistics and cost. We suggest you acquire a tracking number, as we are not responsible for packages we do not receive.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We will then notify you via e-mail for further return instructions. Once the returned item is received and processed, your store credit will be issued.

International Orders

We can only accept returns from Canada at this time (please refer to the above policy). We apologize, but at this time we cannot accept returns for orders placed outside of the US and Canada. If you have any concerns please email us at service@social-clothing.com.

SHIRT SIZING

The shirts are slim cut like a typical premium or vintage tee, but no they are not skinny tees. If you typically prefer your shirts to fit loose (or are on the border between two sizes) we suggest buying one size up.

We do carry typical beefy tees and those will be noted when adding to the shopping cart.

SHIRT COLORING

Social has made every effort to display the shirt coloring as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate..

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates can only be redeemed via purchases made on the Social Clothing online shop, and are not redeemable for cash. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. We make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to gift certificates, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a gift certificate code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such gift certificate.
